In 1992 , I attended a personality development training programme organized by Mr. Winson of W.L.F. The training was very powerful which could transform people into a positive thinking attitude. As we know human relation plays a major role in one's personal, professional and social life, this training gave lot of emphasis in that area. The message like 'Never complaint, criticize or condemn' have lot of relevance in one's own success. It helped me to improve my self-confidence through coaching in public speaking.
